Free Support Call: How It Works

If you are faced with feeding challenges or have a query about feeding you baby I am happy to offer some advice over the phone. 

I offer a free 15-minute support call to all new families — a chance to briefly chat through your current feeding questions, 

These calls are perfect for:

• Gaining quick reassurance or simple signposting
• Clarifying whether your concerns need in-person or longer support

• Discussing how my private consultations work

If we need longer:
Sometimes, our conversation naturally runs over because there’s a lot to cover — and I’m always happy to offer what I can in the moment. However, if the call extends towards 30 minutes, and you decide not to book a full consultation, there is a £45 charge for this extended call.

If you do go on to book a postnatal feeding consultation, the call remains free of charge.

This helps me continue offering free short calls, while making sure longer support remains sustainable. Thank you for understanding.
